Below is information on programs available throughout the Oregon area. If you are looking for assistance with spaying/neutering your cat, that information is noted as well.

funding can be used for those that do not qualify. Thanks!

This organization now requires an application to be filled out. Cost and eligability may have changed, however their previous terms were that you are eligible for a LOW COST ($25 co-pay) spay/neuter for your dog or cat IF you receive the following:

           1.    Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program card (Oregon Trail Card, Washington SNAP/EBT card) or WIC voucher

           2.    Any proof of public assistance from a federal, state, county or local government agency
